NASFA2027 will be held from Monday, June 28 - Thursday, July 1 (new meeting date pattern!) at the Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown in Nashville, TN. Additional details will be provided later in 2026.

NASFA is seeking engaging, forward-thinking presentations that showcase innovative ideas, best practices, lessons learned, and government project success stories to help advance state facilities administration. Submit your proposal by Sunday, September 27, 2026, at 11:59pm CT. Decision notifications will be sent in December 2026. 

Book your hotel room today! 

The room block rate is the prevailing TN government per diem rate + taxes and fees. The hotel will honor this rate 3 days before and after our event, subject to availability. The hotel deadline is Monday, May 24, 2027 or until the block has been filled. We encourage everyone to make their reservations early!
