Since many of you just went through this process, we’d like to hear… To what level of detail do you capture needs (deficiencies) in order to quantify needs and justify funding requests? In other words, does your organizations: 1) estimate needs by building as a whole, 2) estimate needs at the system level in each building, 3) use specific assessment data to estimate needs down to the asset level, or 4) some other method?
